Registration

How can I register for a running event?

1. Download the JomRun app.
2. Register for an account.
3. Pick a running event.
4. Key in your details.
5. Pay.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept credit cards, debit cards, online banking, Boost e-wallet as well as GrabPay.
I have registered for a running event. Where can I find my e-ticket?
Click on the ‘Me’ tab then click on ‘E-tickets’. You’ll be able to see the e-tickets for all the running events you have registered.
Can I register for others?
Yes, you may. However, we would recommend everyone to register using their own phone to ease the process of the race-kit collection.

Claiming Rewards

How can I claim rewards?

You can claim your rewards using the points that you have gained from running. Check the total amount of points you have by clicking on the ‘Me’ tab.

How do I gain points?
You’ll be rewarded with 10 points for every km you run!

Note: points may differ depending on speed and level of inclination
Will my points expire?
Absolutely not! Your points will be with you, forever and always!
Where can I find my redeemed rewards?
You can find them at the top right corner on the ‘Me’ page.

Race Info

How do I see the details of the race which I have registered?

Just click on your E-ticket and you’ll be able to find out all the details regarding the race.

How do I find out where and when is the race kit collection?
You can find the race kit collection details on your e-ticket. We will also be sending out notifications on your JomRun app so remember to turn on your notifications for the app!
What do I need to bring to the race kit collection?
Just bring your phone! Just show us the e-tickets on your JomRun app and you’re good to go!
Can I collect the race kit on behalf of others?
Yes, you may! Just ask them to send a screenshot of their e-tickets to you and you’ll be able to collect for all your friends and family members.
I was unable to attend the event. Can I claim the medal?
The finisher medal will only be given to finishers. Only participants who have finished the race are entitled to the medal. Hope to see you at our next event!

How do I track my virtual runs?
You can track your virtual runs via the tracking function on our JomRun app!
How do I submit my results?
You can submit your results to the email provided on the event details page. Do note that as the virtual runs on our platform may be organized by different organizers, the email address may differ as well.
