Join us in our fight against breast & cervical cancer!
Founded by Dr. Abigail Jerip in June 2018, Pink & Teal EmpowHer is a charity organisation which is focused on screening and prevention of cancer, especially breast and cervical cancers among the rural women of Sarawak. Since last year, we have screened 800+ women with VIA, Pap smear, and HPV tests.
Aside from cervical, ovarian, uterine and breast cancer screening, treatment and/or follow up we also bring in Ear, Nose and Throat specialists and dentists to serve the rural community, screening for mouth and nose cancers, and work together with other NGOs to conduct computer and English literacy programmes for the rural children.
Our work is literally LIVE SAVING and LIFE CHANGING, and we would love it if you could support our first ever fundraising and awareness run. There is a run for everyone – men, women, children, babies and also fast legs competitive runners!
