Q: What is a Virtual Run? 
A: Joining a virtual run means that you can run anywhere and anytime before the deadline. Once the run is completed, you just need to send us the proof of your running activity, and the entitlements will be mailed to your address. 😉 

Q: When and where do I run? 
A: The running period is from 30 July 2025 until 30 August 2025. In other words, you can run anywhere and anytime from 30 July 2025 until 30 August 2025. Capture the proof of running and submit through JomRun app before 30 August 2025.

Q: What can I get after completing the virtual run?
A: 1. Ultron® Event Jersey 2. Finisher Medal (Strictly for finishers only) *All participants are eligible to receive the Ultron® event jersey and finisher medal as entitlements. To entitle the medal, the participant must submit their results showing they have achieved the targeted running distances/steps as registered before the submission deadline. 

Q: What can I get if I couldn't complete the run within the running period? 
A: After the running period, non-finishers will receive all their entitlements excluding the finisher medal. 

Q: Can I change the details I filled in during registration? A: T-shirt size cannot be changed. To change other details such as mailing address, please inform us at [email protected]  

Q: Can I change my category (3km/5km/10km)? 
A: No, once the registration is confirmed, there will be no changes, cancellations, and refunds. 

Q: When can I receive my entitlement items? 
A: The entitlement items will be sent out from 3 September 2025, after your submission. 

Q: Can I separate the run distance into a few shorter distance runs? 
A: Yes. The runs/steps can be accumulated by multiple runs/steps, which completed within the running period (30 July 2025 until 30 August 2025). 

Q: How to do submission? 
A: From 30 July 2025 until 30 August 2025, use any app or treadmill to track your run. You can track your distance by using the following methods: 1. JomRun app (track by km or steps) 2. Connect your JomRun app with Google Fit/Strava/Polar/Apple Health (track by km) 3. Submit your proof of running from any other app or treadmill in JomRun app (track by km or steps) 4. Submit the snapshot of your daily steps in JomRun app (track by steps, 1 step = 0.762m, 1000 steps = 762m)
