In view of the relaxation of rules under the RMCO, we are delighted to announce that the Yosakoi Fun Run 2020 will now take place as an VIRTUAL run and dance!
Virtual Run means that you can participate in the event with a run anytime and from anywhere, even overseas! Just show proof of your completed run and you will qualify for an additional lucky draw to win premium Sennheiser Urbanite headphones worth RM848 or sweat-proof Plantronic Backbeat earbuds worth RM299!

● Participants who have already signed up are automatically registered for the virtual run.
● If however, you do not wish to join the virtual run, you may still collect your T-shirt and medal but ​will not be eligible for the lucky draw or e-certificate.​ Please proceed to the collection centre below and bring your registration confirmation.
● We regret that there will not be any refunds made.
● You may request to have your race kit delivered (Malaysia or overseas) ​at your own
cost​ or instruct us to keep until you can pick it up.

How to do a Virtual Run/ Dance

Step 1: Register online.

Step 2: Screenshot a record of your completed run (minimum 3km, no maximum) on a treadmill or any running app such as Runkeeper, Map my run, Google Fit etc.
       
OR dance to the video Penang Sakura Ondo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B3euzn_KWxk​ to celebrate Penang’s own Sakura tree! Send a video of yourself dancing to the video to qualify for the lucky draw!
*Proceeds from your participation will be given to the Penang Sakura San San San (333) project to plant 333 Tecoma Rosea, Penang Sakura trees in Penang!*

Step 3: Send your screenshot/ video ​AND ​your registration confirmation ​(Howei or Jomrun registration) to ​[email protected]​.

Step 4: The organisers will inform you of your Lucky draw number by email.

Step 5: You may collect your race kit (T-shirt & medal) from the collection centre below by showing your Registration confirmation​ to the staff (Digital form is ok, no need to print hardcopy)

Name, Delivery Address, phone number, preferred delivery method (regular post/ tracked/ courier etc) Please note that you will need to pay for the delivery as additional cost. Cost depends on form of delivery and location. Estimated weight of package including packaging: 250g

LUCKY DRAW

The organisers will draw for the lucky winner on 28th July 2020. The results will be announced online and the winners contacted by email. Winners will need to collect their prizes also from Charlie Care Pulau Tikus.
The organisers retain the right to make adjustments to the above arrangements as deemed necessary without prior notice or be liable for compensation.
